Meet Sharon Seline Wright

Houston Realtor, Sharon Seline Wright

With 22 years' experience as one of Houston’s top real estate agents, Realtor Sharon Seline Wright knows Houston. 
“It’s not something I take lightly, and it’s not something I do part time,” Sharon says. “I’m working 7 days a week from Galveston up to College Station, going where my clients need me to go.” It also helps that Sharon is a native Houstonian. “I know the areas, the schools, and the shopping,” she says. “My repeat clients are vast, and they refer me to people I’ve never met before. My goal is for every client to feel taken care of – I don’t care if it's a $250,000 deal or $15M deal, I’ll spend the same amount of time with each client.”
 
When Sharon was recently helping clients relocating to Houston from El Paso, she was drawn to Brookfield Residential homes in Elyson. “The size of the yard mattered to them, the quality of build, and the amenities in the community,” Sharon says. “Not just the subdivision amenities, but also everything around it. They wanted to be close to restaurants and shops, and have easy access to 99 and I-10.”
 
Sharon already liked Elyson, and she was thrilled to learn that Brookfield Residential was the community’s newest builder. “I’ve done relos with Brookfield before, but I didn’t know y’all did homebuilding,” Sharon says. “I wasn’t hesitant because of the reputation that Brookfield holds.”
 
With Brookfield, Sharon found properties for her clients to consider, and she was immediately impressed with the quality of the build. “I do a lot of sales with production builders, and I felt the quality of this particular home went way above expectations,” Sharon says. “When we did the final walk through with blue tape to mark spots to touch up, I didn’t even get through one strip – that says a lot. I knew that very day that it was the best decision my clients could have made.”
 
Sharon also appreciated the closing experience. “It was a celebration!,” she says. “And the keys were at the title company, and the clients got them at closing! All the other builders make you close, and then come back to the office to get your keys – and hopefully you can find the sales person. This was very exciting, and my clients were able to move right in; it just went well.”
 
While this particular property was almost move-in ready when she found it, Sharon looks forward to going through the building process with future clients. “I was very, very impressed with the builder team,” Sharon says. “I haven’t been through the whole building process with Brookfield, but the team is so exceptional that I would expect it would be an easy process. It’s more than just them holding your hand – I think Brookfield has a culture in their business that is atypical of production builders.”
 
In Sharon, Brookfield has found a wonderful new partner. “I can assure you Brookfield is on the top of my list,” Sharon says, “And I will continue promoting Brookfield in Houston.”
