At 2,080 square feet, this two-story home on a 40-foot homesite features all four bedrooms and the laundry room upstairs, creating an elegant delineation between public and private spaces. These models feature special touches chosen by our expert interior designers to inspire you with ways you can make your home truly your own.   Don't miss: - **Storage with Style** In the kitchen pantry, our designers added dramatic accent paint in Sherwin Williams Rock Garden and motion sensor lights to give an elevated feel (and to make it easier to grab a midnight snack!). - **Drench Your Thirst** Color drenching is a huge paint trend, and our designers took advantage of it in this moss green Primary suite, painting the ceilings in Sherwin Williams Privilege Green to create an oasis for the eyes. - **Upstairs Laundry Room** This upstairs utility room has the potential to be much more than a just a laundry room. Think about adding storage shelves, clothes drying racks, or even a small desk for home paperwork. Our designers added open shelving for storage inspo, but this is just the start. ![6306 Wildwood Pnes Ln Katy TX 77449 29](https://3390596.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/3390596/hubfs/6306%20Wildwood%20Pnes%20Ln%20Katy%20TX%2077449%2029.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=6306%20Wildwood%20Pnes%20Ln%20Katy%20TX%2077449%2029.jpg) ![6306 Wildwood Pnes Ln Katy TX 77449 25](https://3390596.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/3390596/hubfs/6306%20Wildwood%20Pnes%20Ln%20Katy%20TX%2077449%2025.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=6306%20Wildwood%20Pnes%20Ln%20Katy%20TX%2077449%2025.jpg) ![6306 Wildwood Pnes Ln Katy TX 77449 30](https://3390596.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/3390596/hubfs/6306%20Wildwood%20Pnes%20Ln%20Katy%20TX%2077449%2030.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=6306%20Wildwood%20Pnes%20Ln%20Katy%20TX%2077449%2030.jpg) ![6306 Wildwood Pnes Ln Katy TX 77449 6](https://3390596.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/3390596/hubfs/6306%20Wildwood%20Pnes%20Ln%20Katy%20TX%2077449%206.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=6306%20Wildwood%20Pnes%20Ln%20Katy%20TX%2077449%206.jpg) ![6306 Wildwood Pnes Ln Katy TX 77449 11](https://3390596.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/3390596/hubfs/6306%20Wildwood%20Pnes%20Ln%20Katy%20TX%2077449%2011.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=6306%20Wildwood%20Pnes%20Ln%20Katy%20TX%2077449%2011.jpg) ![6306 Wildwood Pnes Ln Katy TX 77449 19](https://3390596.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/3390596/hubfs/6306%20Wildwood%20Pnes%20Ln%20Katy%20TX%2077449%2019.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=6306%20Wildwood%20Pnes%20Ln%20Katy%20TX%2077449%2019.jpg) ![6306 Wildwood Pnes Ln Katy TX 77449 12](https://3390596.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/3390596/hubfs/6306%20Wildwood%20Pnes%20Ln%20Katy%20TX%2077449%2012.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=6306%20Wildwood%20Pnes%20Ln%20Katy%20TX%2077449%2012.jpg) ![6306 Wildwood Pnes Ln Katy TX 77449 16](https://3390596.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/3390596/hubfs/6306%20Wildwood%20Pnes%20Ln%20Katy%20TX%2077449%2016.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=6306%20Wildwood%20Pnes%20Ln%20Katy%20TX%2077449%2016.jpg) ![6306 Wildwood Pnes Ln Katy TX 77449 17](https://3390596.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/3390596/hubfs/6306%20Wildwood%20Pnes%20Ln%20Katy%20TX%2077449%2017.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=6306%20Wildwood%20Pnes%20Ln%20Katy%20TX%2077449%2017.jpg) ![6306 Wildwood Pnes Ln Katy TX 77449 23](https://3390596.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/3390596/hubfs/6306%20Wildwood%20Pnes%20Ln%20Katy%20TX%2077449%2023.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=6306%20Wildwood%20Pnes%20Ln%20Katy%20TX%2077449%2023.jpg) ![6306 Wildwood Pnes Ln Katy TX 77449 36](https://3390596.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/3390596/hubfs/6306%20Wildwood%20Pnes%20Ln%20Katy%20TX%2077449%2036.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=6306%20Wildwood%20Pnes%20Ln%20Katy%20TX%2077449%2036.jpg) ##### **Explore the Lantana** [22611 Flintrock Haven Lane, Katy, TX 77449](https://maps.app.goo.gl/jsPHyxFF2XW56Cxn8) With four bedrooms and three baths, the [Lantana](https://www.brookfieldresidential.com/new-homes/texas/houston-area/katy/elyson/45-traditional-homes/lantana?_gl=1*14gozra*_gcl_aw*R0NMLjE3NjEyNTE0NTQuRUFJYUlRb2JDaE1JMS02Wjk1UzdrQU1WdTVOM0FSMENreGRtRUFFWUFTQUFFZ0pOOHZEX0J3RQ..*_gcl_au*NzM4Njk0ODY2LjE3NTg1NjM3MTY.*_ga*MTA2MjY4NDM3LjE3MjcxMTM3Njc.*_ga_8F77BF4SYE*czE3NjE2NzE5ODYkbzUzJGcxJHQxNzYxNjcyNDg2JGoxMSRsMCRoMTk5MDMyNzE1Ng..) is designed for the way you live. At 2,341 square feet, this spacious two-story home features a first-floor primary suite as well as an additional downstairs bedroom that can be used as a home office or guest room. The large loft space upstairs makes a great playroom or second living area.   Don't miss: - **Dramatic Accent Paint** Dark paint colors are an easy way to separate spaces and create drama. Our designers added custom wood trim and dark paint in Sherwin Williams Black Magic to define the dining area and living areas. They also added the custom beams in the living room to add personality and draw the eye upward. - **Party on the Patio** A covered back porch extends your living area and provides an escape from the Texas sun. Whether you prefer to entertain guests, add an outdoor media space, or create a garden workbench, we've got lots of outdoor ideas. - **Glass Act** Your bathroom mirrors reflect more than just your own image — they're also a chance to change the personality of your bathroom. Our designers chose these pivoting mirrors for visual interest and to convey a more modern look.
