Why choose a master-planned community?

When choosing your neighborhood, how important is it for you to pick a master-planned community? Unlike builder-grade subdivisions that offer only basic streets and homes, master-planned communities are intentionally designed to give residents easy access to the best parts of life. Warm up by the firepit, or let the kids cool down at the splash pad. When our community is complete, there will be more than 750 acres of amenities, and green space.

  • And what connects the parks? Trails of course! Elyson has nearly 30 miles of trails for running, walking, biking, birding, and looking for butterflies.

Midline:
  • Opening in summer of 2027, Midline Club will be the community’s “go-to” gathering spot for swimming, sunning, workouts, work meetings and meeting friends.
  • Midline’s signature trail, “The Line,” will stretch the length of the community, with 15 planned trail nodes that link residents with parks and shared outdoor spaces. Hike. Bike. Walk. Jog. Or just sit on a bench and rest.
  • We have big plans for Midline’s future parks. Starting with the fact that no home in Midline will be more than ¼ mile from one. From lively community hubs with event lawns and sports courts to quaint neighborhood spaces with playgrounds and picnic tables, Midline will be all about fostering a connection to nature and each other.  

 

2. Events that bring neighbors together

At Elyson, Midline, and other master-planned communities, you not only get great neighbors but also engaging events and get-togethers that bring neighbors together. And we know how to have a good time. Last year, Elyson’s Community Life team hosted events large and small, including fitness classes, food truck Fridays, holiday events, and more. For signature events like Party in the Park, Jump into Summer, and Back to Cool, the team goes all out with a DJ plus live music, inflatables, trains, petting zoos, arts & crafts, face painters, balloonists, circus performers, food trucks and more.
